Jackson's Quay, Barry Waterfront
A landmark scheme of 51 apartments and 19 townhouses overlooking the Waterfront as part of the regeneration of Barry Docks. Currently on site using the JCT Constructing Excellence Contract, completion is expected Jan 2011. Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and to Secured by Design standard.
