Our practice is built on our reputation of providing imaginative and workable solutions for challenging sites in and around Cardiff, Bristol and South East Wales. Particular experience has been developed in the fields of social and private residential development, accommodation for the elderly and people with disabilities, mixed office and retail schemes, and refurbishments.
Practice Approach
A large proportion of our work is derived from returning clients and the practice strongly believes in the benefits of collaborative working with clients, consultants, community groups, and end users to achieve the best development outcome. We design our buildings with respect for their natural and built surroundings, balancing visual cohesion with the practical aspects of the build. We maintain the highest standards of work throughout all our projects, and endeavour to design our buildings to code for Lifetime Homes, and to Secured by Design standard.
The Team
Our practice promotes personal and professional development of all staff members, resulting in an efficient and dedicated practice. We have strong social ethic values and support several charities, including the Big Issue, Shelter and Barnardos.
